An insight into some of the analysis we do and just an example of one of the ways in which we measure and monitor training progression.


There are lots of different ways to perform data analysis, this can vary depending upon the type of session, the athlete you are looking at and what the purpose or aim of the session is.

Some athletes love to be kept in the loop with their data and others just want to know the basics. Know your athletes, the information that will help them to perform, and what is going to help them to have the best overall experience.
